# Experienced Infant Specialist / Newborn Specialist Needed

**The Elite Nanny Team** is seeking an experienced **Infant Specialist (Newborn Specialist)** for a wonderful family with a one-month-old infant. This family is searching for a highly skilled newborn care professional who is passionate about infant development, safety, and establishing healthy routines. ### Responsibilities

* Provide attentive, nurturing care for a one-month-old infant
* Support healthy feeding schedules and developmental milestones
* Experience with both **bottle feeding and breastfeeding support**
* Monitor feeding intake, sleep patterns, and daily routines
* Assist with establishing healthy sleep habits and age-appropriate **sleep training**
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the infant
* Practice safe sleep guidelines and current newborn care recommendations
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress, routines, and developmental observations
* Provide reassurance, education, and support to parents as needed

### Qualifications

* Previous professional experience as an **Infant Specialist, Newborn Specialist, or Newborn Care Specialist**
* Strong knowledge of newborn safety protocols and infant development
* Experience supporting breastfeeding and bottle-feeding families
* Proven success establishing infant sleep routines
* CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
* Excellent references and verifiable infant care experience
* Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

### Compensation

* **$22.00 – $28.00 per hour**, depending on experience and qualifications
