  • Implement and maintain healthy sleep and feeding routines tailored to the baby's needs.

  • Monitor developmental milestones and provide age-appropriate stimulation and interaction.

  • Educate and support parents with evidence-based guidance on infant care best practices.

  • Maintain meticulous records of feeding times, sleep patterns, and developmental notes.

  • Keep the nursery and all baby-related areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.

  • Collaborate with parents to ensure a consistent, loving, and calm environment.

  • Travel with the family if required, ensuring the baby's needs are seamlessly met in any setting.

This role is for a dedicated professional who takes initiative, offers peace of mind to new parents, and treats their work with the utmost seriousness and care. The family values discretion, expertise, and a calm, reassuring presence in their home.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Newborn Care Specialist or Infant Nanny.

  • Proven knowledge of sleep training, feeding schedules, swaddling, soothing techniques, and developmental milestones.

  • CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children (current and valid).

  • Strong understanding of breast milk handling, formula preparation, and bottle sterilization.

  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with parents.

  • Excellent references that attest to professionalism, reliability, and discretion.

  • Availability for live-in or live-out arrangements, depending on family needs.

  • Flexibility for overnight shifts, travel, or extended hours as requested.

  • Respectful of family privacy, with a commitment to confidentiality at all times.

  • Must pass thorough background checks, including criminal, driving, and employment verifications.
