Hard Working Parents
Mom and dad met in medical school in Chicago. They love their toddler and preschooler with all their heart! Of course, they also love Himalayan curry and Thai food - but then again, who doesn't?
These parents are looking for a private full-time household manager nanny who will primarily care for the 14mog while the 4yob is in preschool for another year before Lo enters kindergarten.
Kind & Loving Sitters
The 14mog is very loving and cuddly. Lo enjoys reading, creating puzzles, performing tiny plays, and exploring new foods. Lo does well with a gentle disciplinary approach using redirection. The family does not endorse time-outs or hard boundaries. Instead, they appreciate offering children choices and positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior.
The 4yob is highly intelligent and always on the go. Lo is in preschool full-time, where they engage his mind in educational activities that help him focus constructively.
Schedule Type: Four Days a Week, Full-Time
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN 55406
Pay: $22-$25 an hour
Benefits: at least two weeks of paid vacation

Teachers & Nannies Wanted
As a full-time nanny in Minneapolis, the parents are looking for a highly educated individual with significant infant and toddler experience. Please have at least two years of full-time professional nanny and/or daycare experience.
We recommend you have a robust educational background with age-appropriate developmental milestones and strongly encourage behavior modification techniques. The parents want Lo to be learning while having fun. They limit the use of electronics, and they are looking for a college-educated individual who can take the initiative and make sound decisions. We ask that you transport Lo to and from preschool.
In addition to childcare duties, the parents want you to care for the house. Responsibilities include making meals, helping with light household duties, separating the laundry by color, and cleaning up after yourself and the kids daily. Please be a tidy person, who thinks outside the box, and is great at follow-through.
Full-Time Childcare Job:
Four days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Job Requirements:
You are legally authorized to work in the United States or have equivalent U.S. work authorization.
You have at least a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Your car runs reliably, and your motor vehicle record (MVR) indicates you are a safe driver.
You have professional child care experience working in a daycare, preschool, elementary school, or as a year-round nanny.
Babysitter Preferences:
You may have attended college, majoring in early childhood education (ECE) or Childcare Development Associates (CDA).
Teachers are encouraged to apply.
You have worked full-time with young kids for at least two (2) years year-round.
You might be certified in CPR/First Aid/SIDS/Water Safety, etc.
An independent thinker who can help manage a household.
A childcare provider with ABA therapy experience is helpful but not required by the family.
