Monday through Friday | 7:00 am - 5:30 pm | $17 - $20 an hour | 2 school kids | Summer Nanny Needed
The Elite Nanny Team is looking for a very responsible full-time summer nanny for an amazing family of four. The two children spend most of their summer at the pool and playing outdoors. The children are a 4-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. The girl is wickedly intelligent and loves facts and has just begun playing peewee soccer. She can be a bit picky about food, but that has a lot to do with how you approach her. Her brother is an avid hockey fan! He has an affinity for math, paper airplanes, and figuring out how gadgets work. Like any brother and sister team, they have their disputes but that is just part of growing up. A summer babysitter who encourages discipline, setting boundaries, and safety would be very happy with this family. At The Elite Nanny Team, we work with highly reliable nannies who love engaging kids in outdoor play and creative activities. We avoid electronic use for the most part since it is bad for a child’s development. Please have a great car, and the ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong English Ability
- Strong language skills
- Professional experience working with special needs kids
- Up to Date on CPR and First Aid Certifications
- At least some college education
- Knowledge of age-appropriate development of a 4-year-old
- Strong ability to engage multiple children at the same time.
- Some Early Childhood Education Coursework
- Former daycare experience
- Strong organization and time management
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of paid childcare experience
- Clean Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Motor Vehicle History
- Must be a US citizen
Childcare Salary & Benefits
Pay: $ 17.00 - $ 20.00 an hour
