Rochester Newborn Nanny
The Elite Nanny Team is hiring an experienced infant specialist for an introverted family in Rochester, Minnesota. The parents have their first child who arrived slightly ahead of schedule. Lo is doing wonderfully well and the parents couldn't be more excited! But they would love to find a loving soul to rock the baby to sleep, assist with the development, burp the baby, and take Lo for walks in the stroller.

As a nanny, you will be caring for the infant full-time. Some child care duties will include:
Sleep training the infant and putting it down for naps
Feeding Lo either breastplate or formula
Helping the baby reach milestones by playing using age-appropriate toys.
Lightly neatening around the play area and kitchen.

The parents have been together a long time. They love living in Rochester. They work away from home. They enjoy international food, traveling abroad, and spending time with their family who visits occasionally. As healthcare workers, it is important to them that you have your COVID vaccine. You will also need a reliable vehicle in case of emergency or if you want to take Lo out to the library or other educational event.
Childcare Skills
You have at least a GED or equivalent educational degree.
You might have been able to attend college or university.
You adore infants and may have worked with them for at least two (2) years.
You may have cared for a baby in a daycare, school, or preschool setting.
You might be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified.
You may have a natural ability to take initiative, with or without supervision.

You can earn $22.00 to $27.00 an hour, plus time and a half over 40 hours working full-time in Rochester, Minnesota.
Additional Perks:
Approximately fifteen (15) paid vacation days per year

Childcare Skillset Requirements:
Please be legally authorized to work in the United States
A high school degree, GED, or equivalent
Individuals who attended college or university, preferably majoring in early childhood education, K-12, or as a Doula.
Please have at least two years of paid experience working with infants or newborns in a professional setting.
CPR/First Aid Certification
We are looking for an independent, sweet nanny with kind communication skills.
The caregiver will need a car that is newer and a great motor vehicle record.
Experience as a teaching assistant, a toddler teacher, or an infant lead teacher in a daycare is great but not required.
