Part-Time Special Needs Nanny

Updated: Mar 1

Professional nannies are instrumental to a family's sanity. You are more than an infant specialist nanny in Minneapolis who shows up and sits around. Nannies are engaged. You are on the floor giggling and interacting with the kids. You are goofy at the park while teaching the kids to play nicely with others. You are a leader who epitomizes love, dependability, and calmness.

The ideal part-time candidate seeks a part-time nanny position to earn extra long-term income. You have a long career working with newborns. Your personality is cheerful, loving, and outgoing. If you enjoy taking the initiative and working as a team - we would love to meet you! Your experience with special needs toddlers and children is a bonus but not required.

Their infant was recently diagnosed with Williams' Syndrome, and the mother is overwhelmed. Your significant infant experience will be helpful in feeding, assisting with sleep training, and introducing tummy time.

As a part-time nanny and infant specialist, your technical role is that of a mother's helper and a competitively paid teammate. Therefore, COVID, flu, and tdap vaccines are required (at a minimum).

Part-Time Nanny

The newborn was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome. Williams' kids are unbelievably friendly, outgoing, happy, and quixotic. The parents hope your easygoing nature provides a positive, nurturing environment allowing Lo to reach a neurotypical stage of development by encouraging the infant to achieve its best naturally, not by force.

The baby has a 7yog sister. Lo is at the academy full-time and will be home during the summer (when not in camp.) Our client is an entrepreneurial chef who prefers the part-time nanny to focus solely on the newborn.
