The Elite Nanny Team is recruiting a full-time household executive assistant for a very busy family in Minneapolis, MN. This management position is ideal for a college-educated candidate who is independent, highly organized, and can think on their feet. Your role is to be the quintessential head of the household. From organizing laundry to planning birthday parties - you will be the backbone of this family’s sanity.

About the family: This family is VERY COVID-conscious. Due to the nature of their business, all employees are tested weekly. Please be amenable to this condition of employment. The family can be described as driven, but laid back. They are not very anxious about germs and you will not be required to wear a mask at work. However, regular handwashing, sanitation, and biosecurity are appreciated.

The family is offering $19.00 to $22.00 an hour plus paid time off. Additionally, they are offering healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401K (and more). We are looking for a long-term fit.

They have 3 kids, ages 2, 5, and 6. All three will be in school/daycare most of the day. Your role is to manage the house. Here is an example of what your day might include:

  • Prepare the kids for school. The parents drive the kids to school and head to their office

  • Organizing rooms as necessary, tidying, vacuuming, dusting.

  • Organizing a bedroom, some clothes, a closet

  • Scheduling medical appointments, playdates, birthday parties

  • Using Outlook and Excel to assist the mother and father with their science-related business by creating spreadsheets, sending out emails, following up, and performing research.

  • Assist the children once they return from school

  • Make dinner for the family, finish up laundry, return books to the library

The family asks that you have a fantastic car available to run errands. You will receive the IRS rate for mileage reimbursement. Just keep a log.

Our ideal candidate can think of their feet, preplan, take initiative, and perform follow-up. This nanny candidate will be organized, well-written, and support a professional speaking voice.
