Infant Specialists

Newborn Care Specialists

Are you recently pregnant or finishing maternity leave soon? Finding an infant specialist nanny to care for your newborn safely can be stressful! We want to offer you peace of mind!

Our infant specialists are a minimum of 18 years old and have at least two years of professional experience. We thoroughly screen each nanny to make sure they have the skill set to care for your newborn safely.

Our full-time infant specialists are knowledgeable at properly thawing breast milk, soothing a colicky baby, initiating sleep training, and encouraging age-appropriate developmental activities.

The newborn care specialist you choose must listen and be attentive to your child-rearing preferences.

If you prefer to sleep train your child using the pick-up-put-down method rather than the cry-it-out method, our nanny agency recruits a nanny who will support you.

We offer a variety of nanny services in addition to our infant specialists. Parents: are you seeking a full-time nanny or a live-in household manager?

We also have part-time nannies, conference event nannies, and summer childcare, including loving care for special needs kids.

Newborn Care Nannies

Communication is key! We strongly encourage our nannies to send pictures and videos of the kids throughout the day.

We also ask them to keep a nanny log about your infant’s feedings, sleep schedule, and urination habits so you can stay in sync with your baby’s ever-changing needs.

Transparent communication is the foundation of trust. We coach our nannies about successfully building trust throughout their tenure with your family.

We make every effort to recruit college-educated nannies with a minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience (required).

Our free nanny replacement guarantee ensures a nanny placement- free of charge- if you are not happy with your first choice.

The Elite Nanny Team (TENT Group) is geared toward recruiting exceptional infant care specialists.

Our newborn care specialists undergo extensive prescreening to ensure they have the necessary childcare skills to care for your newborn correctly.

Additionally, each eligible nanny undergoes a background check and reference check. We favor nannies who live within 15 miles of your home to ensure their reliability.
